Remove old composite deck and concrete walk to replace it with decorative hardscape materials; to obtain more usable space.

Specific Goals :

• Create table / seating area
• Create portable fire place area
• Include awning into design and function of entire patio
• Walkway from drive to patio
• Grade problematic yard with benefit of french drain and PVC down spout extensions

Materials Used :

Anchor wall for seat walls, pillars and stoop

Antiqued colonial pavers with high performance polymeric sand and Dimex edging.
