Bad Contractor Installation Failed After 2 Years

Main Objective:

Tear down entire failed hardscape retaining wall and pavers; to reinstall to manufacturers recommended specifications.

Specific Goals :

• Install with benefit of Georgrid material
• Include 1 inch clear gravel backfill for drainage
• Base-compacted 3/4 inch T.B. compacted
• Reinforce stair detail
• Stabilize pillars and aluminum fence
• Proper pitch of pavers for drainage
• Low Voltage lighting

Materials Used :

• Existing keystone country manor for wall, pillars and stairs.
• Holland stone pavers for patio

Time to Complete :

Tear down = 1 day
Install = 5 days
