Hitchcock Building Services guarantees all retaining wall and patio installations not to settle or separate beyond manufactures specifications for a period not to exceed three years. It is our opinion and generally recognized in the industry, that if there are no issues within the first three years of said installations, then it will continue to hold up to future conditions. If a problem of this type occurs within this time, Hitchcock Building Services will repair or replace said issues within industry standards, free of charge.
